Will my insurance cover the anesthesia cost?

Due to the wide variety of insurance companies and individual policies, we cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will cover the cost of anesthesia. We will accept payment in full up-front and provide all of the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance provider. Reimbursement received from your insurance provider will be sent directly back to you.

Do I need to bring anything to my primary care visit?

When your appointment is scheduled with your dentist, you will need to schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to obtain a pre-operative physical, also known as 'anesthesia clearance'. Please click HERE and give to your primary care provider.
